The client services team will work closely with the CEO, and the senior leadership team, to continually improve commercial interaction and identify new business opportunities arising from a combination of incoming enquiries, existing client requirements and targeted prospecting. You will also be involved in promoting our various property sales platforms & cutting-edge immersive reality projection systems.

Qualifications

Required skills, experience and attributes include:

Solid grasp of architectural visualisation as a service
Experience/training in at least one industry profession (i.e. architecture)
Excellent written English and confidence in preparing professional documentation
Ability to use CRM systems: register deals, produce reports and analytics
Familiar with project management platforms
Proven track record of sales and client relationships (ideally built environment)
Existing relationships within the AEC sector
Passionate about the industry, networking and at ease with public speaking & presenting
Motivation for sales, prospecting & sales strategy development

Additional desirable skills:

First-hand experience with media production (CGI/film) processes
Foundation knowledge of xR technologies
Understanding of digital twins, metaverse concepts and digital design workflows
Previous leadership of strategy development, notable sales growth and market outcomes
Evidence of post-graduate self-development

Responsibilities

The role will be highly varied, with a focus on the following areas:

Operate as the main point of contact for key clients
Ensure prompt and professional responses to all client enquiries
Develop meaningful long-term relationships with clients and partner organisations
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Handle incoming enquiries and solicit input from other parts of the business
Coordinate commercial activity with other studio depts
Contribute to commercial strategy and develop industry insight
Overseeing the production of concise, high-quality documentation
Work with studio team to ensure each client has a consistent & successful experience
Utilise company sales database to manage contacts and pipeline of opportunities & contribute to the ongoing refinement of our process

We are a leader in developing effective visual engagement for the built environment with over twenty years of experience with premises in Glasgow, London and Dubai.

The ability to work from one of our premises and/or remotely, as chosen, will be available to all candidates and discussed as required.
