We are looking for a Product specialist ( m / v ) who knows how BIM works
As a Product specialist you offer support services around our information management software for the construction Fundamend. Our business consultants involve you in projects that require a more technical challenge. You understand both the hard technical side of the product and the needs of our customers from the construction industry

What are your tasks
You will be involved by our business consultants in projects with customers who demand a more technical challenge from our information management software for the construction Fundamend. You organize workshops with the customer to determine more complex workflows in their information management model. You implement Fundamend and you perform the necessary technical configurations. You answer ad hoc questions.
You develop automation scripts for specific questions from customers around Fundamend, such as carrying out mutations on data sets that need to be output in a certain way
You provide training in Fundamend and closely monitor the user experience, functionalities and workflows of our information management software. You pass on possibilities for improvements to our software developers
You guarantee new processes and functionalities in Fundamend by creating manuals, use cases and workflows

What do we expect from you
You have a bachelor or master thinking level ( diploma is not required ), with interest in applied technical sciences such as architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc. or in business administration, information management or information technology
You know how to take information management in construction to the next level. You know how BIM works and you know how modeling works. For example, you know your way around CAD applications such as Revit, Civil 3D, Solibri, etc.
You like to dive into large datasets and you prefer to set up scripts in JavaScript or Python Script with regard to construction-related data
You speak fluent Dutch and good English, French is a plus
You want to add value to make tomorrow’s construction world sustainable
You are a crack in coming up with solutions where you get oxygen from consultation and knowledge sharing with your colleagues
