What are your tasks
As a Business analyst, you ensure that all digital information from large construction and engineering projects is structured in a smart way. You make it possible for users such as builders, contractors, engineering parties and maintenance and management partners to make the data easily accessible during the life cycle of the project, visualize via a BIM model and easy to keep up-to-date.

You will be in close contact with our customers to thoroughly analyze and interpret the information, processes & tools they use. You take into account the information needs of the different users at the customer, from data management to reporting and specific applications
Based on your analysis, you make a proposal of a future-proof and cost-effective way to manage and make data available more efficiently. You can count on the know-how and experience of your colleagues business analysts
You enthuse the users at the customer of the new smart and sustainable process, where you provide advice on tooling and software that enable management
You configure the technical side and ensure that users can easily write off their data at our customers in a user-friendly interface
You organize workshops where you train the different users in the working method and use of the new tooling
You strive for an excellent service in order to evolve from project-based to structural collaborations with our customers

What do we expect from you
You have a bachelor or master’s level of thinking, with an interest in applied technical sciences such as architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc. or in business administration, information management or information technology
Or you can convince us through an equivalent experience
To perform the job, it is best to have a solid analytical mind with an eye for detail
You preferably have knowledge of or affinity with the construction sector and its processes, or you want to develop them
You have a clear interest in diving into software analysis, design and implementation
You speak fluent Dutch and good English
You want to add value to make tomorrow’s construction world sustainable
You are a crack in coming up with solutions where you get oxygen from consultation and knowledge sharing with your colleagues
