The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and business savvy. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, iterating on ideas quickly, and able to thrive in a high-velocity environment. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for successfully delivering our product roadmap by driving the end-to-end product lifecycle. This role requires managing high level customer and stakeholder relationships and is a key stakeholder in the success of our business. You will work closely with our engineering, design, and business development teams to develop and execute product strategies that meet our customers’ needs and drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and guide product discovery and direction for a fast-moving cross-functional team of engineering, design, analytics, and research.
Directly contribute to a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
Launch highly visible, well documented features and improvements with pace and quality, collaborating with marketing, support, customer success, and sales.
Define and track key product metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve product performance.
Communicate clearly and crisply with leadership stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams in scrappy ways.
Become the go-to product expert, acting as a resource for executives, product, sales, marketing, customers, and partners.
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience building, launching and managing successful B2B products.
Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to deliver high impact results in a high impact, fast-paced environment.
Resilience and grit — solutions take creative thinking, multiple iterations and staging while specifications solidify. You are someone that attempts different approaches to the right answer.
Excellent communication and questioning skills, with experience working cross-functionally both in large and small groups.
Nice to have
Experience in a fast-moving startup environment
Experience with developing and launching data products
Experience in product design and UI/UX
Experience with geo, spatial, and geometric data
Familiarity with construction industry design tools such as Revit, Tekla, or SolidWorks & building delivery workflows such as ProCore, or P6.
