Spot is performing inspections on thousands of sites around the world. As a Product Operations Manager, you will help focus the team on the most impactful customer feedback, align stakeholders to deliver releases that move the needle, and harness a spirit of kaizen to improve our product development process. How you will make an impact:
Strengthen the product feedback and execution loops.
Create and maintain high-quality artifacts to align the team behind customer problems: user surveys, user research database, personas, dashboards, etc.
Support the launch of biannual major, and monthly minor, software releases, coordinating with cross-company stakeholders to get the product out the door.
Conduct user interviews and research, with support from our human-robot interaction team.
Implement new processes to streamline our product and go-to-market execution.
Designing features to address customer problems alongside a cross-functional team.
Support the launch and execution of product team initiatives: coordinating SQA, support, field applications, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders.
Identify training needs to ensure adoption of processes, interaction models, and tools.
Aid in building and maintaining the product roadmap and facilitate cross-team alignment.
You bring:
3+ years of experience as a product manager, founder, or product operations lead.
Project management experience for agile software projects.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience within a high-growth startup is a plus.
Travel:
Occasional travel to customer sites for user testing, interviews, and observation.
