Automated Architecture (AUAR) Ltd is looking for a full-time Full Stack Developer for immediate hire to work on our team developing an innovative 3D web platform for generative building design.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain the web-based design tool suite, including both front-end and back-end components
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Collaborate with other team members to integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements
Build and maintain APIs for communication between our tools and other systems
Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience
BSc or BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any relevant field. Practical experience can supersede a degree requirement
A deep working knowledge of JavaScript / Typescript and Node.js
Experience with modern front-end development tools and frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js
Grasp of cloud-native software principles
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform
Experience building distributed, service-oriented architectures with RESTful APIs
Experience using PostgreSQL
Experience practicing Agile and Test Driven Development
Nice to Have:

Understanding different architectural design patterns and being able to select and plan one
Experience with any WebGL frameworks such as Three.js, Babylon.js, or Unity would be an advantage but not essential.
C# is a plus but not mandatory
Experience in coordinating DevOps
Experience with multiple development technologies and knowledge of when patterns are appropriate and solutions are anti-patterns

Fluent in English
Location:

Remote (with Right to Work in UK only), although a Bristol or London base is preferred to be able to occasionally work within our existing team locations
